DetailsI hate ice. I'm from the Midwest and man you wouldn't believe how ice just ruins your day. Burst pipes, bad roads, cars that wont start. Ice kills people every year and I think it should be banned. If I ever see ice outside again it will be too soon. This polish has iridescent white flakes on a milky white base.
The swatch is two coats on a clear swatch stick.
The 15ml brush is a wide fan/paddle brush and there is a metal mixing bead inside. The 5ml bottles have a standard skinny brush. The formula is a 21-free glitter suspension base. -
