    This nail polish comes in either 5 or 15ml bottles and has a muted blue base with a purple flash and fine blue holographic glitter mixed in. In bright light, it looks cobalt. In regular light it looks way more muted. See video.

    The swatch is two coats over a clear swatch stick.

    The 15ml brush is a wide fan/paddle brush and the 5ml brush is a standard skinny brush. There is a metal mixing bead inside. The formula is a 21-free suspension base.
