    This nail polish comes in either 5 or 15ml bottles and has a blue crelly base with very finely milled blue holographic pigment and some blue reflective bits.

    The swatch is two coats over a clear swatch stick.

    The 15ml brush is a wide fan/paddle brush and the 5ml brush is a standard skinny brush. There is a metal mixing bead inside. The formula is a 21-free suspension base.
